Bamboo [Bambusa arundinacea (Retz.) Willd., synonym Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems es (70-75% organic silica), pregelatinized corn starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).
Capsule constituents of vegetal origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
How to use
1 capsule 2-3 times a day, with meals and plenty of water.
