Bromelain is a plant enzyme contained in the fruit and stem of pineapple, characterized by a prevalent proteolytic activity. Pineapple intervenes in the maintenance of digestive functions.
Ingredients
Dicalcium phosphate; gelling agent: methylhydroxypropylcellulose; pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr] stem extract titrated in bromelain (2,500 GDU/g on corn maltodextrin); anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.
