Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; choline bitartrate, inositol, pregelatinized corn starch, nicotinamide (niacin), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); D-biotin, folic acid (folate), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
