Ingredients
Gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre R.Br., syn. Marsdenia sylvestris (Retz.) PIForst] leaves es (25% gymnemic acid) on corn maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 times a day, 15 minutes before main meals.
