Nettle (Urtica urens L.) root es (0.4% beta-sitosterols) 300 mg (on corn maltodextrin), corresponding to beta-sitosterols 1.2 mg; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems.

Take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day, during meals.
