Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts, minerals and vitamins, indicated in case of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients.
Ashwagandha and rhodiola, plants with tonic-adaptogenic action, have a tonic action in cases of both physical and mental tiredness.
Ashwagandha also supports relaxation and mental well-being and the body's natural defenses.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, together with potassium, to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water, mix carefully and consume immediately after preparation. The possible presence of small granules in the preparation obtained is a consequence of the use of ingredients of natural origin.
