Granular food seasoning made from miso and roots, which are cooked together for 10 hours, stirring continuously, to prepare this strong and stimulating flavored seasoning. Use tekka in small quantities to season whole grain dishes. Product suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Hatcho miso [soy, water, sea salt, barley flour, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)] (73%), burdock root (7.4%), carrots (7.4%), lotus root (7.4%), toasted sesame oil, ginger root (0.7%).
May contain traces of sesame.
