How to use
Take 20-30 drops with water, 2-3 times a day.
For internal use mixtures, excluding those listed below, we recommend the following dosage to be adapted to the individual patient according to age, constitution, body build and individual sensitivity.
The indicated dose should be diluted in a small glass of water (about 30-40 cc.).
The use of warm water makes the administration milder and is indicated for those who suffer from assimilation problems or intolerance to the products; in these cases, the preparations should also be taken on an empty stomach.
The minimum recommended quantity of any product is 20 drops once a day.
If possible, hold the last sip of the mixture in your mouth for 1-2 minutes before swallowing.
In case of chronic conditions, the mixtures should be taken for many months.

Warnings

Detoxification crises:
- if they occur, stop taking for 2-3 days, then resume at a reduced dosage, gradually increasing it. Detoxification crises are very rare as the mixtures are designed to perform a delicate drainage and regeneration that respects organic cycles.
Combination of mixtures:
- do not take more than four different mixtures per day.
In complex conditions or chronic situations, at least three mixtures are usually combined as needed; refer to the technical sheets for this. It is preferable not to take all products together, but to space them at least fifteen minutes apart. Do not take light and dark mixtures at the same time (meaning at the same administration time).
Always start with the light or transparent ones.
