Description
natural based on plant principles, melatonin, adenosine, glycine, theanine, and zinc useful in sleep disorders and in the treatment of forms of insomnia associated with restlessness, anxious-depressive manifestations, neurovegetative dystonia, heart palpitations and nocturnal tachycardia on an erethistic basis. The synergy of the product's components therefore constitutes a valid integrative support useful in all cases of sleep or sleep onset disorders, to promote relaxation and physiological sleep ensuring a rapid and physiological sedative, anxiolytic and hypnotic action.
It does not induce dependence or addiction and does not cause loss of lucidity upon awakening.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day in the evening just before going to bed.
