DescriptionFood supplement based on melatonin and lemon balm and chamomile extracts.
Melatonin which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Lemon balm extract and chamomile extract are useful for promoting sleep.
Ingredients
Thickener: vegetable glycerin; water, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract, melatonin; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
Adults: Take 5 drops 30 minutes before bedtime and when planning a prolonged sleep, directly into the mouth or diluted in half a glass of water. Alternatively, the drops can also be added to hot herbal teas and infusions. The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime.
Children: If the product is taken by children (over 3 years of age), the dose can be reduced to 3 drops.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
