DescriptionFood supplement based on melatonin, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and extracts of lemon balm, passionflower, valerian and California poppy.
Extracts of lemon balm and California poppy, passionflower and valerian are useful for promoting sleep.
B vitamins: B1, B2 and vitamin B6 which participates in the production of serotonin and melatonin.
Ingredients
Thickener: vegetable glycerin; water, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract, melatonin; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet, swallowed with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime and when planning a prolonged sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

The minimum durability date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
