Neocate Syneo 400 G Nutricia

Description
A powder-based food for special medical purposes made from synthetic amino acids, specifically indicated for the dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy, multiple food allergies, and other indications where an amino acid-based formula is recommended. It is also supplemented with Syneo, the patented combination of Bifidobacterium breve M-16V and scFOS and lcFOS fibers.

Instructions for use
One level scoop provides approximately 4.8 g of powder. Add 1 scoop of powder for every 30 ml of boiled water to obtain the recommended dilution (14.4% w/v). Use only the scoop provided in the package.
Carefully follow the instructions for preparation and use of the product below. Incorrect preparation can harm your child. 1. Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area. Sterilize bottle and teat.
2. Boil water for 5 minutes, pour the required amount of water into the bottle, cover with the cap, and cool for at least 30 minutes.
3. Fill the provided scoop with powder and level it with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the scoop.
4. Add the indicated number of scoops of powder to the water. Replace the cap on the bottle and shake until the powder is dissolved. Before feeding, ensure the formula is at the correct temperature by placing a few drops on your wrist.
5. Any product left over after one hour of reconstitution must be discarded. The product must not be reheated during administration.
Note: Powdered infant formula is not sterile. The product must be prepared immediately before administration. Do not boil the formula and do not use a microwave oven to prepare or reheat the product.

Warnings
Do not administer parenterally. To be used under medical supervision, after carefully considering all feeding options, including breastfeeding. Suitable for infants from birth when not breastfed, suitable as a sole source of nutrition for infants under 1 year of age. Neocate Syneo contains Bifidobacterium breve M-16V and is not suitable for use in premature or immunocompromised infants. Not recommended for infants with a central venous catheter, post-pyloric tube, or short bowel syndrome without full consideration of risks and benefits by a medical professional and careful monitoring.
Good oral hygiene is important for infants and children because prolonged and frequent contact with food or drinks increases the risk of tooth decay. Ensure the child's teeth are cleaned after the night feed.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Always close the jar after use. Once opened, use within 1 month. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
