Linden flowers and bracts promote relaxation and sleep, even in cases of stress. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. The particular biological extraction technique of the linden (flowers and bracts) allows for optimal extraction of active ingredients that quickly solubilize in the extract. Melatonin is added to the organic hydroglyceric extract thus obtained without the use of alcohol, preservatives or additives.
Ingredients
Organic hydroglyceric extract of lime flowers and bracts (Tilia tomentosa/cordata), melatonin.
10 drops (0.5 ml) equal to 1 mg of melatonin.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
10 drops per day. It is recommended to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in a little water, using the dropper cap in the package.
