Description
Food supplement indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Urtica contributes to joint function, the physiological purifying functions of the body, the drainage of body fluids, the functionality of the urinary tract and the well-being of nails and hair. Rosehip is useful as an antioxidant, as a support and restorative action. Horsetail contributes to the drainage of body fluids, the functionality of the urinary tract, the trophism of the connective tissue, the well-being of nails and hair. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of bones, for the normal function of the skin, for the normal function of teeth, for the normal function of cartilage. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the normal formation of red blood cells. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

(horsetail) herb es 2-3% silica, Urtica dioica L. leaves es, Rosa canina L. fruits es 70% vitamin C; bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates; zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).

How to use
Adolescents: take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water. Adults: take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a glass of water.
