Description
Valerian and melatonin food supplement contributes to relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 2 tablets providing 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed).
Ingredients
Sweeteners: xylitol, sucralose; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves] dry extract tit. 20% theanine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC:) seeds] dry extract tit. 25% 5-HTP; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. roots) dry extract tit. 0.8% valerenic acids, orange flavouring, magnesium oxide; acidifier: citric acid; melatonin, Quatrefolic (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Chew or dissolve by slowly sucking 1 tablet 1 or 2 times a day.
