Description
Disinfectant and surgical hand washing. Use as a disinfectant-microbicide in medical clinics.
Instructions for use
A) Disinfectant and surgical hand washing.
1. Wet hands and forearms with water. Take 5 ml of product and spread it on hands and forearms. Without adding more water, rub the entire area for at least one minute. If necessary, use a brush. Clean thoroughly under the nails. Add a small amount of water and work up a rich lather. Rinse.
2. Complete the treatment by repeating the operation with another 5 ml of product.
B) Use in the clinic: follow the same procedures described above, as needed.
Components
100 g of solution contain: polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine 7.5 g (equivalent to 0.75% iodine), co-formulants and purified water q.s. to 100 g.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or mucous membranes or on the patient's skin before a pre-operative medical procedure. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use soaps or solutions/ointments containing mercury on the treated area simultaneously. In case of accident or discomfort, consult a doctor (if possible, show them the label). Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
