The dry extracts of California poppy, linden and hops are useful for promoting relaxation (sleep; in case of stress) while the extracts of griffonia, passionflower, lemon balm and hawthorn, in addition to contributing to relaxation, also promote mental well-being.

Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seeds] dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, lime tree (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) dry extract titrated at 1% in rutin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) dry extract titrated at 0.35% in protopine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, bark) dry extract titrated at 2% in honokiol, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct., flowers and leaves) dry extract titrated at 3% in vitexin, passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L., flowering aerial part) dry extract titrated at 4% in vitexin, hops (Humulus lupulus L., cones) dry extract titrated at 0.4% in rutin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., flowers) dry extract titrated at 4% rosmarinic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
