Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of the skin, teeth, gums, cartilage, bones and blood vessels, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the efficient function of the nervous system, immune system, psychological function and energy metabolism, and also increases iron absorption and helps regenerate the reduced form of vitamin E.
