Riboflavin (vitamin B2) food supplement.
Riboflavin contributes physiologically to energy metabolism, the function of the nervous system, the health of the skin, membranes, mucous membranes and red blood cells, to vision, to iron metabolism, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
Bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), riboflavin, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose).
Gluten free.

How to use
Take half (½) tablet daily with water during meals.
