Food supplement based on plants that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, is able to act favorably on the function of physiological sleep that could be disturbed by awakenings in the early hours of the morning.Rose, Brahmi, Ashvagandha and Jatamansi act favorably on natural relaxation and mental well-being; Valerian facilitates natural relaxation.

Powder of: Rose ( Rosa centifolia L .) flos, Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L .) fructus, Brahmi [ Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell ] herba, Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] radix, Marshmallow ( Althaea officinalis L .) flos, Jatamansi ( Nardostachys jatamansi DC .) radix, Mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herba, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L .) rhizoma; stabilizer: gum arabic; powder of: Shatavari [ Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm .] radix, Licorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L .) radix; stabilizer: starch; anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate; powder of: Cinnamon ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume ) bark, Cardamom ( Elettaria cardamomum White et Mason .) seed, Cloves [ Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. et L.M. How to use
