Food supplement based on plants that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, is able to promote physiological sleep that could be disturbed or inhibited by worries, anxieties, etc.Rose, Jatamansi, Brahmi and Ashvagandha act favorably on natural relaxation and mental well-being; Valerian facilitates natural relaxation.

Pennell ] herba, Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L .) fructus, Mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herba, Jatamansi ( Nardostachys jatamansi DC .) radix, Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L .) rhizoma, Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] radix; stabilizer: gum arabic; powder of: Daruharidra ( Berberis aristata DC .) cortex arboris, Licorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L .) radix; stabilizer: starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; powder of: Cinnamon ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume .) cortex, Cardamom ( Elettaria cardamomum White et Mason .) seed, Cloves [ Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. et L.M. How to use
