Guggul paste (Commiphora mukul Hook.) resin; powder of: calcium sulphate, Aragvadha (Cassia fistula L.) pulpa fructi, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fructus, Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, iron carbonate; e.g. of: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fructus, Shatavari [Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets. 1 tablet twice daily before meals.
