Description
It helps restore the essential level of mineral salts needed for the body's metabolism.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, contributes to balancing energy metabolism and plays an important role in cell division.

Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, flavouring; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of product, equal to 2.4 g, in hot water. Before taking, wait until the effervescence has finished and the solution is clear. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons per day.
Warnings
In case of therapy with drugs based on tetracyclines or quinolones, take the product two hours before or five hours after taking the drugs. Avoid the combination with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Do not exceed the doses recommended for daily intake. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency or in case of tumors of the parathyroid glands, it is advisable to contact the doctor. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
