Description
Food supplement based on magnesium that helps restore the essential level of mineral salts necessary for the body's metabolism.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
It promotes the regular functioning of the nervous system, helps balance energy metabolism, and plays an important role in cell division.
Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid, magnesium carbonate, flavouring; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of product, equal to 2.4 g, in hot water.
Before taking, wait for the effervescence to cease and the solution to become clear. It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons daily.
Warnings
In case of therapy with tetracycline or quinolone-based drugs, take the product two hours before or five hours after taking the medications. Avoid association with vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
The use of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency or in case of parathyroid gland tumours, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
