Description
Indicated in all magnesium and potassium deficiency states due to poor dietary intake, intense physical activity, increased requirement.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium can help regulate the normal functioning of the nervous system and avoid sudden changes in blood pressure.

Ingredients
Potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate; bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets after main meals with a little water, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
