Description
Corn and rice pasta specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance, with no added additives and made using traditional methods and slow drying at low temperatures, which guarantee an intense flavour.
Also known as "elbows" due to their particular shape, they perfectly capture every type of sauce thanks to their double opening and internal curve.
Ingredients
Corn flour (90%), rice flour (10%), water.
Gluten free.

Directions for use
Original and fun, perfect with vegetable-based sauces, but also for preparing tasty soups.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (at least 1.5 litres per 100 g of pasta).
Let it boil, stirring occasionally. We always recommend tasting the pasta to check the cooking time that suits your taste. Then drain the pasta and season as desired.
Cooking time: 9-10 minutes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
