HYDROALGINATE WITH SILVERfor the treatment of any type of infected or heavily colonized lesion with medium to very high exudation, such as leg ulcers, bedsores, post-surgical wounds, etc.
Characteristics:
combines the powerful broad-spectrum antimicrobial action of silver with the moist environment management properties of the new hydroalginate technology. In addition, the dressing, in a moist environment, increases the tensile strength, thus promoting the complete removal of the product.

Warnings:
the sustained release of silver ions counteracts bacterial load, reducing and eliminating infection, while the hydroalginate fibers create a gel that increases absorption and management of high quantities of exudate. Gelation minimizes trauma to newly formed tissues during dressing removal and guarantees the ideal moist micro environment for wound healing, minimizing the risk of maceration and increasing the time the dressing remains in place. It easily adapts to the shape and size of the wound and can also be used in cavity wounds.
