CE medical device. Sterile pressurized physiological solution. Useful for cleansing, irrigating, hydrating:• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Intact or damaged skin surfaces.
• Cavities and mucous membranes of every part of the body.
Sofarclean can also be used as a valid adjuvant in the debridement of necrotic tissue from crusted wounds.
How to use
• SOFARCLEAN with blue nozzle, strong jet, is recommended for the systematic cleaning of acute and chronic wounds, before applying the dressing. Thorough cleaning, by irrigation with SOFARCLEAN, allows for appropriate dressing of the wounds, without having to resort to disinfectants.
• SOFARCLEAN with white nozzle, vaporized jet, is suitable for hydrating, irrigating or gently cleansing: nostrils, throat, mouth, ear, anogenital areas, minor and superficial wounds, dermatological lesions of various etiologies.
Before applying the vaporized jet, it is recommended to dispense a little solution elsewhere each time, in order to clean the nozzle.
