Feverfew helps to counteract localized states of tension.
Griffonia promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Magnesium, vitamin B12 and vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium citrate, isomalt, feverfew es (Tanacetum parthenium Sch. Bip. - herba cum floribus) tit. 0.5% in parthenolides, maltodextrins (bulking agents), coenzyme Q10, griffonia es (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill. - semen) tit. 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, sucralose (sweetener), citric acid (acidifier), flavouring, vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin 5'-phosphate), colloidal silica (anti-caking agent), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, preferably on an empty stomach, to be dissolved in a glass of water.
