DescriptionFood supplement with sweetener.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime). Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while valerian promotes sleep and relaxation in case of stress.
Ingredients
Water, ashwagandha KSM-66 [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root es 5% withanolides, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); acidifier: citric acid; ethanol; preservative: potassium sorbate; sweetener: sucralose; melatonin, flavouring.
The product may contain milk and soy .

How to use
