Water, hydrolyzed collagen ( fish extract); acidifier: citric acid; glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulphate, L-carnitine, flavourings; acidifier: malic acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C); dried maca ( Lepidium meyenii ); natural sweetener: stevia (steviol glycosides); N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, nicotinic acid (niacin: vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid, zinc, black pepper ( Piper nigrum L., fruit) extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), copper, biotin, vitamin D, hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial colors, alcohol or GMOs. Suitable for diabetics. Halal and Kosher certified.

How to use
Drink 1 bottle (50 ml) daily for 3 weeks, preferably up to 9 weeks for longer lasting results. For best results drink 1 bottle (50 ml) of Gold Collagen Active daily on an empty stomach for better absorption. Take after meals if you suffer from digestive problems or gastrointestinal disorders. Shake well before use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. During pregnancy or breastfeeding and in case of concomitant medication, consult your doctor before taking Gold Collagen Active.
