Product made from 100% pre-cooked corn flour. It is characterized by the absence of gluten, high digestibility, low fat content and the absence of colorants. The color is characteristic of the β-carotene present in the raw material. The flours come exclusively from national corn.
Ingredients
Corn flour, Emulsifier: E 471.
How to use
Cook 100 g of product in 1 liter of water, and 10 g of salt. Salt the boiling water. Pour in the rigatoni. Mix. Observe the cooking time indicated on the package. Drain.
