Food supplement based on psyllium, glucomannan, myo-inositol, magnesium and chromium. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, psyllium promotes the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates, contributes to the modulation/limitation of nutrient absorption, promotes regular intestinal transit and normal stool volume and consistency.
Ingredients
Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac K. Konch-radix), psyllium powder (Plantago ovata Forssk.-tegumentum seminis), magnesium citrate, maltodextrin; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavouring, myo-inositol; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose, chromium picolinate.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet 1-2 times a day, to be dissolved in a large glass of water.
