Description
Sterile, single-use lancet, intended for use with a personal lancing device for capillary blood sampling.
How to use
Always wash your hands with soap and water and dry them well before and after testing.
1. Unscrew the adjustable cap of the lancing device.
2. Insert a new sterile lancet into the lancing device.
3. Rotate the protective cap of the lancet to remove it.
4. Perform the injection according to your doctor's recommendations.
5. After use, remove the adjustable cap from the lancing device.
6. Eject the lancet from the lancing device.
Dispose of the used lancet safely according to local regulations.
Warnings
Avoid infections. Never use on more than one person.
For single use only, do not reuse or store lancets in the lancing device. Do not use if the protective cap is damaged or missing. If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor.
Any serious incident occurring in relation to the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant local authorities, as appropriate.
