Description
Food supplement containing 12 vitamins and 10 minerals, useful for providing an additional intake of these nutrients in case of increased needs. It has a balanced formula for men over 50 years of age.
Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, C and H, together with magnesium, iron and calcium contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Iron, iodine and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function.
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function.
Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and calcium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
Tricalcium phosphate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, fatty acids; glycerol, nicotinamide (niacin), manganese gluconate; colourings: calcium carbonate, indigotine; ferrous sulphate, zinc oxide, calcium D-pantothenate, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), copper gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, D-biotin (biotin), ammonium molybdate.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with plenty of water, preferably in the morning.
