FILORIN vials
Description
Filorin vials is an isotonic saline solution with hyaluronic acid for inhalation use.
Thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, it hydrates the nasal mucosa, reducing the discomfort related to dryness or irritation. The sodium chloride present at a concentration of 0.9% gently cleans the nasal cavities, fluidifying the secretions and facilitating their removal.
Recommended for daily hygiene of the nasal passages, it is useful in case of colds, allergenic and non-allergenic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis as well as in all those cases in which nasal decongestion is required.
How to use
Direct irrigation : break the cap of the vial with a rotating motion, keep your head tilted to one side, never backwards, gently place the tip of the vial against the upper nasal nostril and press lightly to irrigate; keep your head tilted to the other side (never backwards) and repeat the irrigation in the other nostril. The container can be closed by turning the cap upside down and pressing it onto the mouth of the vial.
Spray with half a vial per nostril 2-3 times a day or more often as needed or according to medical advice.
Inhalation therapy : Filorin vials can also be used in case of inhalation therapy affecting the upper airways: in this case use the appropriate inhalation devices that guarantee correct nebulization and follow the instructions of the chosen device. Use only pneumatic devices.
Inhale one vial, 2-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings
Keep the internal instructions together with the product. Use the product for inhalation therapies only on the other airways. Keep out of the reach and sight of children in order to avoid incorrect use of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. Not intended for oral use. Not for injection. Using the same vial in more than one subject may affect its effectiveness and may cause the worsening of existing problems as well as cause the manifestation of problems that were not present before. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product. Do not use in cases of ongoing or recently concluded nosebleeds, or in case of non-intact nasal mucosa. Inhalation of saline solutions in particularly sensitive patients could cause episodes of bronchospasm: in this case, stop treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish appropriate therapy. Do not use after the expiry date or if the package is open or damaged. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product. In case of adverse reactions, stop using the product and contact your doctor. Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening. Smoking may compromise the protective effect of hyaluronic acid. The use of this medical device does not replace other treatments prescribed by your doctor. Filorin vials may chemically interfere with various substances if these are mixed with the same in the inhalation solution. Do not use Filorin vials at the same time as other substances unless expressly prescribed by your doctor. In this case, carefully follow the indications prescribed by your doctor and the instructions for use of the product used in association with Filorin vials. In case of any changes in the appearance of the mixture produced, immediately stop the therapy and contact your doctor. Do not use the product in association with quaternary ammonium compounds. Failure to correctly observe the warnings and instructions for use could compromise the effectiveness of the product or cause the worsening of existing problems as well as cause the manifestation of problems that were not present before.
In some cases, the use of the product may cause a slight and transitory sense of local irritation. Hypersensitivity to the components. Prolonged use may give rise to sensitization phenomena: where this occurs, stop treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish appropriate therapy.
