Description
NALKEVIT® MAMMA tablets is a food supplement based on Vitamins and Minerals, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Folic Acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and supports normal haematopoiesis. Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Copper contributes to the normal transport of Iron in the body. Vitamin C increases the absorption of Iron. Folic Acid, Iron, Zinc and Vitamins B12 and D intervene in the process of cell division. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of Calcium and Phosphorus. Calcium intervenes in the process of cell division and specialization. The supplementary intake of Folic Acid increases the maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. The target population is women of childbearing age and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of Folic Acid of 400 mcg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
How to use
1 tablet per day, accompanied by water.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The development of neural tube defects in the fetus is due to multiple factors and the intervention on one of these factors may not have a beneficial effect. Store in a cool, dry place.
