Powdered food supplement based on simple and complex carbohydrates with magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, creatine and ginseng extract. Orange flavor. With sugars and sweetener. Suitable for adults who practice intense physical exercise.
Ingredients
Orange: dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin (20%), creatine monohydrate, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium citrate; anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide; potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, concentrated red beetroot juice powder; colourings: beta-carotene, curcumin; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ginseng es (Panax ginseng CA Mey) root. tit. 20% ginsenosides, sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to dissolve the daily dose of product (30 g equal to 1 and a half scoops) in about 500 ml of water and take before, during and after training. In this way you obtain a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes.
