Description
Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweeteners.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing stools;
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
- help slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed 99% pure, maltodextrin, aroma; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of the day or according to the advice of your doctor/pharmacist. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable during pregnancy. Does not contain sources of lactose.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
