Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber. It comes in the form of a water-soluble powder.
The psyllium ( Plantago Ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis) contained in the product is useful for: - promoting regular intestinal transit.
Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fibre ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis), acidifier: citric acid, flavourings, emulsifier: soy lecithin, pink grapefruit juice, sweetener: sucralose, colouring: beetroot red, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
Fibra must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
