Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing stools
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis), soluble tea extract; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithin; maltodextrin; sweetener: aspartame; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lemon flavor.
It does not contain any sources of lactose .
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor/pharmacist.
Psyllogel Fibra must be taken with adequate quantities of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking any medications.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Contains a source of phenylalanine.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
