Description
Food supplement ideal for women, which provides folic acid and vitamin B12 in its biologically active form (hydroxocobalamin) and most represented in our body. It is better to take vitamin B12 and folic acid at the same time, as taking only folic acid can mask anemia and vitamin B12 deficiency. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, to the normal synthesis of amino acids, to normal hematopoiesis. Together with vitamin B12 it also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; both intervene in the process of cell division. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal formation of red blood cells. The raw materials used are GMO free and non-irradiated. Suitable for vegans and pregnant women.
