According to many researchers, to achieve maximum effect, Selenium should be taken both in the form of sodium salt and in the form of chelate with the amino acid Methionine.
Selenium and Riboflavin contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Selenium contributes to:
- to normal thyroid function;
- to maintain normal hair and nails;
- to normal spermatogenesis.
Riboflavin contributes:
- normal energy metabolism;

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
