Contains no: dairy, lactose, sucrose, wheat , soy , artificial colors, artificial preservatives, artificial flavors.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 drops of product under the tongue, just before going to bed.
Shake the bottle well before use.
