Magnesio Supremo Donna is a food supplement designed for women's general well-being, providing the right ingredients to meet common needs during different life stages. It contains magnesium, vitamins B6, B9, B12, K2, and D3.
What it is useful for:

Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, natural flavor, microencapsulated vitamin K2 (coating agents: acacia gum, tricalcium phosphate, medium-chain triglycerides, menaquinone), sweetener: steviol glycosides; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), concentrated radish powder 0.2%, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (L-methylfolate calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
Adults and children from 14 years: a daily dosage of one teaspoon (approx. 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice a day.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
Room temperature or cold water can also be used.
Wait until the solution becomes clear.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of increased fatigue. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
If a laxative effect occurs, reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with meals and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated amount.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect product quality.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
Validity in unopened packaging: 24 months.
