Description
Melatonin-based supplement.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by the body that regulates sleep-wake cycles. Taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime, on the first day of travel, and for a few days after arriving at your destination helps relieve the effects of jet lag.
Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine).

Swallow 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
