Description
Medical device for cough, sore throat, and discomfort caused by them.
Useful for the treatment of all types of cough: productive, dry, irritating, allergic; thanks to the triple action of the polysaccharides present in the formula:
- increases hydration and fluidity of mucus facilitating its physiological removal in case of productive cough;
- quickly forms a persistent mucoadhesive film that soothes discomfort due to dry and irritating cough;
- limits contact with irritating agents in case of allergic cough;
- improves the functionality of the upper respiratory tract, soothing the discomfort generated by repeated coughing fits: chest pain, feeling of chest tightness;
- rehydrates and soothes the inflamed mucosa in case of sore throat and hoarseness.
Filmatuss syrup in sachets, thanks to its components of mallow, lichen, and elecampane, forms a protective and soothing persistent barrier effect film. It therefore helps to protect the oropharyngeal mucosa from the attack of pathogens and harmful environmental stimuli; quickly rehydrates the oropharyngeal mucosa proving useful in cases of: cough, hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, oropharyngitis, sore throat, cold, inflamed throat.
Ingredients
Polysaccharides from lichen, mallow, and elecampane, vegetable glycerin, water, sorbitol, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, citric acid, natural flavors.
Directions for use
Children 6-12 years: 1 sachet (10 ml) twice a day.
Adolescents and adults: 1 sachet (10 ml) two to three times a day.
Warnings
- Do not take if hypersensitive or allergic to any of the components.
- Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Shake the stick sachet before use.
- Do not use if the packaging is not intact or damaged.
- The syrup has been specifically dosed for children aged 6 years and older, do not administer to children under 6 years of age.
- If no appreciable results are noticed after a short treatment period (7 days), consult a doctor; in any case, do not use for more than 15 days.
- So far, no adverse effects have been observed following the administration of the medical device. However, if any adverse effects occur, inform the doctor or pharmacist.
- The expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly stored.
- Once the sachet is opened, use all of its contents.
Storage
Store in the original packaging at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
