Sweeteners: maltitol syrup and erythritol; natural flavourings; gelling agent: pectin; acidifiers: citric acid and malic acid; acidity regulator: potassium citrate; ashwagandha root dry extract [Withania sumnifera (L.) Dunal], Montmorency cherry fruit powder (Prunus cerasus L.), coenzyme Q10, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), zinc (zinc citrate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), melatonin, spirulina concentrate [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler], beetroot concentrate (Beta vulgaris L.), carrot concentrate (Daucus carota L.).

1 gummy per day. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
