Kuntze] leaves es tit. 40% in L-theanine, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers es tit. 0.5% flavonoids, ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root es tit. 1.5% withanolides; acidifier: citric acid; flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

It is recommended to take 1 stick per day by pouring the contents directly into the mouth.
