Description
Food supplement based on green tea, dry extracts of jujube and magnolia, melatonin and magnesium.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while the dry jujube extract promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; magnesium hydroxide, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., semen) dry extract, green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze, folium) powder tit. 40% in L-theanine and 10% in EGCG, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, cortex) dry extract tit. 2% honokiol, flavourings, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
1 stick pack represents the maximum daily intake.
Pour the contents directly into the mouth or dissolve it in water or another non-hot, non-carbonated drink.
